Tonight, Judson and I are embarking on a journey. We are leaving the United States, and are heading toward the land of magical jade markets, dried herbs and seafood, and PORK BUNS. I'm so excited about the pork buns! We are headed to Hong Kong for Spring Break this year!!
This will be the first time I have been to Hong Kong, and Judson's third. When Jud and I met, he was leaving to study abroad in HK for a semester, and we "dated" via Skype during his six months there. Basically we fell in love in Hong Kong. Well Hong Kong and College Station. But for this week, we'll revisit all of the places that I heard a million stories about while I was falling in love, and I feel like it's going to be so romantic!
I'm super excited, and our flight will be leaving within the hour, so I wanted to share my excitement with you. Here's some highlights to look forward to:
